B2B - same same, but different
Leverage Julia's Experience: Throughout her journey of scaling a product organization, Julia Bastian (Innovation & Discovery Lead at Alasco) encountered many challenges and learned invaluable lessons—especially in the B2B space, where specific guidance is often hard to find. Julia is here to share those insights with you, helping you avoid common pitfalls and accelerate your growth.
Contextual Learning: Product Management is highly contextual. This group setting will help you understand why certain strategies succeed in one organization but might not in another. Mastering the ability to adapt your approach across various scenarios is key to advancing your career.
Expand Your Network: Connect with a selected group of B2B PMs who face similar challenges. Expand your professional circle and gain valuable insights beyond the coaching sessions.
