Coaching Fundamentals

I'd highly recommend the course for all Product Leaders (and Managers) as it really improved my active listening skills and even helped me realize that I don't always have to know/give the answer to the questions posed by my team. This actually has an empowering effect on the product team as they realize they have most of the answers to their own questions!

Coaching Fundamentals is the perfect format if you want to deepen your leadership skills without having to block full days for the class. I loved that the theory was mainly taught in the prep work and that the weekly two hour sessions online were fully focused on practicing the coaching techniques.

I loved how coaching practice was a habitual part of the pre-work and the sessions, it made it natural and something that we were encouraged to try out at any moment of time. Thanks to this, during the course I already experienced the power and potential of coaching in my private life and my job as a leader.

Without slides, but with all the more practical and interactive coaching opportunities, I was able to expand my coaching skills with wonderful participants in a small but excellent group and learned something for life (both personally and professionally).
