Cosima Lefranc

I really appreciated Cosima's open, friendly, and constructive way of mentoring me. She really sought to understand what I'm looking for or what's challenging me. Through this, she helped discover a few thing I was not even aware of or couldn't articulate so well. She gave valuable advice on more concrete things (e.g. vision for my product) and holistic thoughts to my career (e.g. which products I want to be responsible for and how I can grow with them). I feel like this will be a very important point for me looking back in a few years.

Cosima was very open and gave me relevant advice. I had a very good experience - I think for someone with more active questions, she would be a wonderful mentor.

I loved the sessions with her. We always had really good discussions, and I could always share my day-to-day or overall struggles at the company and in my career. She always had valuable insights. I loved that she invited me to join one of her user testing sessions to see real insights into how they do it.
