LevelUp! Leadership – Strategic Product Leadership

The Level Up Leadership Program provided hands-on experience on how to improve your leadership skills, which I could apply very quickly in my day-to-day. Overall it made me a better product manager.

This was my second product training I took with Tanja. In a world of online courses and trainings, it was refreshing to have an offsite training. There is a lot of work Tanja has done behind the scenes to make this training valuable for anyone wanting to upskill in their product careers. This program has given me a new perspective on managing my PM career, thinking strategically and not just focusing on execution. I highly recommend this program to product people wanting to get into leadership roles.

I‘m a huge fan of the Product Academy and after going through the first program, it was clear that I wanted to continue with Level Up Leadership. The programs have been worth every minute of my time and apart from the well composed and always up to date, hands-on product knowledge also provided me with food for thought for the future.

When starting my first role as a Product Owner, I participated in the first edition of Level Up. I gained a broad toolbox and valuable confidence to begin my career in product. 4 years later, I am very thankful to have participated in the Level Up Leadership program. Further along in my career, this program helped me gain valuable insights into leadership in product organisations. With both programs, I particularly appreciated the applicable insights from participants and trainers in various industries and the knowledgable and enthusiastic mentoring.

The learning magic that happens during a Level Up! Offsite is the mix of nature, off-time and the relaxed discussions with excellently curated peers and extraordinary trainers. It truly feels like exploring and deep-diving truly relevant topics with your little, but very fine "product family".

I would especially recommend LevelUp! Leadership program to everyone who steps (or is about to step) into their first product leadership role. The program provides enormous support on a variety of topics like product strategy, organization structures, hiring and many more. What really makes this program stand out are the hands on materials and exercises, ability to apply learnings directly to your work and people who are eager to learn and share.
