Cristina has 11+ years of experience in Product Management, leading digital transformation in aviation with Swiss Aviation Software. She currently drives strategy and delivery for AMOSeTL, a mobile technical logbook solution, and leads five cross-functional teams in building a secure digital TechOps ecosystem for airlines worldwide.

As Head Coach at Ignite Your Path Coaching, Cristina supports professionals at all career stages to gain clarity, build confidence, and act with purpose. Her 4-step “Ignite Method” helps clients identify challenges, navigate complexity, prioritize focus, and take decisive action. She is especially passionate about mentoring Product Owners and Product Managers to thrive in dynamic environments.
