Dominique Jost

Dominique is the Head of Product at Doist, makers of Todoist and Twist, where he’s building a world-class, remote, and async-first product organization that’s shaping and shipping meaningful products in an age of AI abundance and increasing mediocrity.

A former engineer turned product leader with a 20+ year career, he remains fascinated by the intersection of creativity, business, technology, and human desire. While AI is transforming how we build, he believes the essence of product management remains timeless: using taste, judgment, and empathy to decide what matters, align people, and turn information into momentum.

For both product leaders and individual contributors, “just” managing is no longer enough. Great product people get their hands dirty, set direction with imperfect information, build alongside their teams, and stay relentlessly curious. As Head of Product, Dominique stays sharp by leading squads and collaborating as an individual contributor, and as a coach, he helps people uncover the answers already within them through a blend of nudges, questions, and humor.

His ultimate goal is to create environments where teams can deliver real value for customers and the business, all while having fun, staying sane, and leveraging technology the right way.
