Francesca Cortesi

After transitioning from a career in fashion and communication, Francesca "fell into product management" in the early 2010s and has been inspired by the creating digital products ever since.

Throughout her journey, she has put her hands on numerous remarkable products across a variety of industries. Her experience spans a global community designed for girls to share their creativity, to a growing two-sided marketplace, and a startup focused on sustainability.

Her passion and expertise lies in building stellar product organizations, creating a product culture rooted on delivering value and aligning on shared objectives, and mentoring PMs on their path to success. She believes that product is team sport, where a collective effort consistently outshines individual contributions, and that curiosity and empathy are the cornerstone qualities of any successful product person.

When not penning thoughts on her blog, you can find Francesca recharging her batteries with her nose immersed in a book, jogging through the streets of a newly discovered city, or simply sitting in the sun, enjoying the moment.
