Isabel Steiner

Isa Steiner began her professional career in 2003 at Swisscom Innovations as an R&D developer and project manager. In 2008, she joined local.ch as Engineering Director. After several more years in leadership positions within the Swisscom environment, she took on a new role as VP Business Development at the Swisscom Outpost in Silicon Valley.

She then held further roles as CTO of siroop and CAR FOR YOU, as well as Product Manager at YouTube. Most recently, Isa has been serving as CTO at Migros Online, where she and her team are responsible for developing the shopping experience on Migros.ch and in the Migros app.

What Isa appreciates most about her work and life is the freedom it gives her — the opportunity to travel frequently, explore new places, and stay connected to the world. Her life is deliberately lean and uncluttered: no children, no strings attached, and plenty of space for independence, discovery, and adventure.
