She brings 10+ years of experience across early-stage startups and scaled tech environments, with a background in product design, strategy, and applied AI. At Unity, she led the roadmap for Safe Voice, a machine learning-powered moderation tool for multiplayer games, and helped build the Vivox AI Moderation Platform, used across some of the world’s largest online ecosystems.

Letícia started her career as a designer and holds a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon. Her approach combines deep systems thinking with a strong focus on human factors, from the ethics of AI infrastructure to the emotional cost of high-performance roles.
