Stephanie Morales

Stephanie is an accomplished and versatile Senior Product Manager with a passion for Product Strategy, Product Operations, and User Research. She is currently a Group Product Manager at Frontify, a leading Swiss SaaS provider for brand management.

Her Product Management journey began in 2016, after completing a User Research Design study program. Since then, Stephanie has forged a Product career in speclializing in Strategy, Innovation, and UX, spanning a diverse array of industries from hospitality to gaming, virtual reality, and most recently Brand Management. She has worked with different company sizes, ranging from large enterprise to scale-up, as well as early stage start-ups.

Her speciality lies in navigating complex projects rife with ambiguity, with an expertise in product discovery that has been a key driver in her success. This combination of strategic thinking, theoretical research training, and a practical product development application, provides her with a distinct ability to understand and cater to user needs, ensuring the products she manages are not only innovative and strategically sound, but also user-centric.

Stephanie focuses more now on helping guide Product Managers earlier in their journey, sharing her insights and strategies to help them navigate the complex and exciting world of product management.
