Tania Forshtadt

Tania is an experienced product leader specialising in AI/ML-driven products across fintech (fraud), climate-tech, and logistics. She spent nine years at Booking.com, where as Group PM she built and scaled the Fraud Prevention product area from 0→6 teams, launched new markets, and led high-impact ML initiatives that protected millions of customers. She later joined Dexter Energy to lead forecasting and optimisation products for renewable energy traders, shaping strategy in a complex, data-imperfect environment.

Today, Tania leads AI product for pricing at Sennder, building smarter, more transparent pricing systems and improve operational efficiency across European logistics. She is known for bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, aligning diverse commercial and operational stakeholders, and delivering ML solutions that actually get adopted.

Tania is also a certified coach with a special focus on supporting women in product at different stages of their careers, helping them navigate male-dominated environments and balance professional growth alongside motherhood. Outside of work, she is a mother of three young children (born 2019–2024), an avid traveller, and a devoted listener of audiobooks and podcasts—always exploring new ideas and perspectives.
