Über Yves
Yves is an accomplished tech leader and entrepreneur with a passion for scaling agile teams and driving growth. He spent 8 years in leadership roles at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group (real estate platforms homegate.ch and Immoscout24), building and scaling product organizations from the ground up, culminating in three years as a COO of CASASOFT, a SaaS CRM for real estate agents.
Currently, he's the COO of crowdhouse (Switzerland). Before this, he advised Financial Services clients as a Senior Consultant for Namics/Merkle and co-founded a circular economy startup in Germany.
He also leverages his expertise as a long-time lecturer in entrepreneurship and smart real estate/AI. He's here to help interdisciplinary teams and individuals grow by adopting agile and lean startup approaches and AI-first strategy even in complex corporate settings.
